Unfortunately my experience with Karissa was not great. I came in for a haircut and beard trim. This was my first visit to this shop. The haircut was ...just ok after a little redirection. The beard service was not good at all. My beard was trimmed too short. I had to work with her on lining up my beard multiple times until i finally said that was good enough. She made my beard look like a box. I actually didn't like it at all. When i got home and washed my face there were cut marks on the right side of my chin. I'm new to having a beard so i thought a barber would be able to at least provide me with a good trim and line up. Boy was i wrong. I'll let it grow out again and find another shop that hopefully can do a better job. I gave her a tip because I'm a gentleman and I saw her trying. I would've given a much bigger tip had this been done successfully. Show more
