Unclear communication with clients when switching salon locations for work with appointments in place. Wasted time and effort on clients part. When qu...estioned on actions at hand blamed client instead of taking accountability and then stopped communicating completely. Haircuts provided were good but appointment planning and communication needs work. Show more

I apologized for the inconvenience however the miscommunication wasn’t on my end you showed up a day before your appointment was scheduled. You came monday for a Tuesday visit at 10am please look back at the screen shot I sent you to see what appt day you booked for. you also didn’t follow the gps directions on this booksy because the new address has been updated and should’ve sent you to the new salon which is only the next building over litterally on the same street as the old salon. Out of the 4/5 appointments you scheduled Your husband always gets in within 15min of the service time he booked for. Again I apologized but will not continue to respond if you can’t understand that you were here on the wrong day, even after I showed you proof of the schedule and everything. this has been your only inconvenience so I'm upset at the review but God bless wish you guys the best!

She wen...t above and beyond to make him feel comfortable in the chair and even offered drinks and a small prize for my son at the end!
