SO disappointed. I was right up there with those 5 star votes before. I just went in for an appointment I had made online. Their two choices are 30 mi...nutes for new patients and 15 minutes for refills. I checked 30 minutes because this was for a full consult. I get to the office and they start to give me new patient paperwork. I explain that I’m not a new patient but I’m not here for refills. Then they tell me I still need to fill out new patient paperwork since I hadn’t been in this year. I had an appointment in February, but since I didn’t BUY anything I guess that doesn’t count. Then they looked and realized I was right but did not say that to me. Then we have a conversation about labs. I had said I had sent them in but I had shared all the numbers in a phone consult with Alex, the apparently former P.A. So the tech rudely tells me they don’t have my labs and that Alex is no longer there. She slaps a card down on the table and tells me I need to send them. I felt very uncomfortable, did not appreciate the rude treatment, and their spotty record keeping scared me. So I left. And I had had such a positive experience before… Show more

I really enjoyed the conversation with the girl who was taking my blood sample, but by the time I got home I was concerned about the sight from which ...the blood draw took place. The picture is from a day later. I have never had this kind of end result from basic bloodwork. Show more
