Her new ...location at "The Red Chair" in eclectic and welcoming. Her private space for her services is well appointed and comfortable. The tattoo process is not without its uncomfortable moments, but Marcy checked in to make sure I was okay. I will continue to drive from Mt Hood to Vancouver, WA, because she is worth the trip.
