I have been going to Marcy for several years now. I take advantage of her upper and lower eyeliner, as well as the full lip tattoo fill in. Her new ...location at "The Red Chair" in eclectic and welcoming. Her private space for her services is well appointed and comfortable. The tattoo process is not without its uncomfortable moments, but Marcy checked in to make sure I was okay. I will continue to drive from Mt Hood to Vancouver, WA, because she is worth the trip. Pattie was great. She explained everything what was being done and helped me pick my eyeliner and lip stain colors that would suite me. It was a good... experience because Pattie used numbing creams that help ease the pain and kept me comfortable through the procedure.
