Upstyling Makeup Application

David was not only an artistic director but a true partner for my wedding. David was like the swiss army knife of my wedding. I always referred to him... as “my five star David.” He worked with my mom on the visual and creative aspects of the wedding. He not only helped her build the vision for the event but worked directly with our vendors to translate that vision into reality, saving us all a ton of work and back and forth. He also built and directed the whole glam team for the wedding. He completely understood that I wanted to highlight the individuality of each of my bridesmaids, so worked with them on what look they wanted but also somehow managed to pull together a very cohesive bridal party look! I consider myself pretty organized and type A, but he managed to always stay one step ahead of me during the wedding planning process! From spreadsheets to instructions laid out in documents, he is so on it. I just knew I could rely on him for anything. Everything that fell into David’s wheelhouse was an aspect of the event that I knew was handled and didn’t have to worry about, which trust me, is the greatest gift you can give a bride! As a former hairstylist ...myself, you can say the bar on my hair has been set pretty high. What impresses me the most about David is his ability to visualize beauty and design. He left and then I left SF.... during the separation I tried to find 'respectab...le and accurate hair cutters" even the ones from LA who cut "the stars hair" do not compare with David. I don't write many reviews, but, David is at the top of his game and duly noted with weddings, color, children haircuts and makeup!!
