For the past 5 months, Julie has been assisting me to undo years of trauma. As many reviewers have mentioned, she maintains the perfect combination of... 'tough love' and compassion. I'm relatively new to therapy and have had a couple of bad experiences that almost made me give up. Julie is getting me over a hump so I can get back on with my life. I've been seeing Julie for a little over a year now and I'm amazed at how much progress we're still making each appointment. She's assisted me with a...lcoholism, adderall addiction, and grief. She was a major part of getting me over the initial hurdles of those issues, and currently we're working on maintaining my sobriety. I couldn't ask for a better person to work through this with. Scheduling: Scheduling is easy and convenient with the Gendoc app. Office: Easy access and lots of free parking. Waiting area comfortable and session... area is homey. Julie: Julie is awesome. She is smart and sensitive. However, she does not go overboard on the touchy-feely (such as asking, "And how does that make you feel?" Every two minutes.) She has a concrete approach that makes it feel like you are accomplishing something, instead of just being a friendly ear. Highly recommend! Show more

I've worked with Julie during two different periods of time. Her understanding of family dynamics, boundaries and addiction is incredible. For the fir...st time in my life I can deal with the stresses from work and family in a healthy manner. I am reaching a point of happiness and peace that I never thought I would. I went to see Julie on a tip from a friend who went to see her. I was falling deeper into depression and anxiety while going to an other therapist. I ...called Julie, and the first time she met with me I was a complete wreck. I could not sleep or function through my day. With Julie's support I was able to get back to work and life. I went to see Julie for anxiety and a break-up. I was an absolute mess and felt as though I couldn't even function. With Julie's help I am so much bet...ter!!
