Ms. Tati thank you for your review. We were shocked to see this review because you expressed extreme satisfaction for our services/salon on your appointment date. The Groupon for cluster lashes, that you purchased, stated that you must provide your own lashes or purchase them from the salon for $5.00. You chose to purchase that groupon aware of the agreement and you chose to provide you own lashes. Clusters lashes typically last 3 days to a week. But some clients can keep them up to two weeks tops. However if you had any issues with your lashes you could have at least reached out to us last Thursday on the day of your appointment. Instead of writing a negative review 6 days later. You never gave us an opportunity to rectify the issues. But we will respect your feedback and we will ontinue to work hard to provide you and the rest of our amazing and loyal customers quality beauty service.
Knotless Braids

Run far away from this establishment!! I originally bought a Groupon to have my 13 year old daughters hair braided. The Groupon was for $112. I booke...d the appointment through Styleseat as instructed by the website. I sent communication to the stylist, Ms. Shay but she never sent a response. I canceled the appointment and the Groupon and rebooked on Booksy. The price was $125 and it stated that the hair was included.. this was on the website which I have included pics. She messaged me the night before (7:30 pm). Ms. Shay told me that the service did not include hair when the advertisement on her page says that the hair is included. I mentioned it and she said that its not. I then had to go buy my daughter hair that same night. Red flag! The fact that my daughter had a huge event that weekend, I stayed with the appointment which was at 10:00 am. The morning of the appointment, my daughter and I leave the house around 9:20 am for our 10 am appointment. I get a text while driving at 9:32 am saying that she (Ms. Shay) is running la/e and won't; e there until 10:30 am. When she finally arrived, she started the shampoo that I asked for, and charged $25 and used the same shampoo that I use at home and did a mediocre job shampooing her hair. Ms. Shay did have to comb through it and detangle some but thats the least that she could have done given the fact that she was late and changed the appointment time at the last minute. I the appointment was for medium knotless braids with a shampoo. The braids have a 5 hour quote time. She talked so much and worked at a snails pace.. if that fast. My daughter was there from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. She was exhausted! After she finished, I noticed the crooked front part, the huge braids, all of the braids are uneven, long parts. She even put sprits and hairspray on her braids which turned them white! She did offer to fix it but who was going to sit there another hour for her to do this?! To top things off, she started taking pics of my minor child without my permission to post on her page. Who does that and then to actually think that this is quality work?? I messaged her about the HORRIBLE quality and the horrible experience. She insist that she is an experienced hairstylist but her work speaks for itself. These pictures is not an experienced hairstylist. Laced with Glam offers a ton of other services but, with the lack of professionalism and obviously the lack of skill, I would not trust anyone who who have people with so little skill working in any place of business. I have included messages between Ms. Shay and I for reference. In response to your comment.. I switched booking sights because you did NOT respond. That has 0 to do with you being late. If you needed to switch the time, you could have easily mentioned that when you finally text me at 7:30pm the night before my appointment. At the end of the the day, YOU are the one that is supposed to be running a business. A business that should NOT include knotless braids. That's your excuse about being 30 minutes late but what is your excuse for the shotty work in the pictures? Dear Candace, As the owner, instead of addressing the fact that your stylist is offering services that she obviously cannot do and are overcharging clients, you post lies and ASSumptions. My daughter hair is not waste length and it was not matted. But nice try. The pictures that I posted speak for themselves. How ia this professional work? Shay nor you have done 0 to rectify this situation. I'm sure that Shay didn't share with you our text b/w us before I posted my reviews. I addressed my concerns with her and all she offered was an apology. You can see most of the text on my other reviews. Like I explained to Shay, I'm an avid reviewer and I wanted to give her an opportunity to make things right. So please stop all of the LIES.
