My hair looks amazing . The only issue was that I booked through the app . My appointment was at 11:00 am confirmed and apparently on their end it sh...owed it was at 2:00 pm so my stylist was not in the salon . Elvis ended up doing my hair . He did an amazing job however I was very upset since I drive 40 minutes to go the salon . Show more

I am not the type of client to ever write reviews but this one was definitely needed. I am not ever the person to complain, but waiting for over an ho...ur to me is ridiculous. My appointment was at 4:30 and the person who was supposed to attend me did not arrive until 5:30. Although I was done in less than an hour they charged me $160 for a haircut and blow dry, which did not make sense to me whatsoever. Please ask for prices before allowing them to touch your hair. I also found that the price was ridiculous since I did have to wait for over an hour, while the gentleman was talking to other stylists and was going to attend another client until he saw I was clearly upset. Not saying I did not like the final result, but would not 1000% recommend. If you have a 3a-4c hair type, I would be cautious. Show more

The service here was awful and ignore the prices on the app here because those are also not anywhere close to what they tried to charge me after every...thing they put me through. I am very pleased with my haircut and Maurizio did his best to be patient and because I was waiting for so long I was starving they gave me a tiny empanada even though I was super upset. My appointment was at 2:45 and I didnt get touched until 3:20 then someone washed my hair so my dripping hair was all over my back and I waited and sat through someone else’s entire appointment for the next 45 min with damp hair. I would have left earlier but I looked like a wet dog. Then I didnt even get one of my treatments because they took so long and I didn’t end up leaving the salon until 6pm. They charged me $135 and I refused to pay because you can clearly see it says $65 for haircut on the website and I didn’t even get my service. Show more

Parece ser un salón para los que buscan maquillaje, peinados, tintes… no para quien como yo buscaba quien se interesara en la textura de mi cabello y ...me diera un corte apropiado. El dueño, Camilo, me corto el cabello en menos de 10 minutos y cambio totalmente las capas cuales me gustaban. Si quieres un buen cepillado les recomiendo a Mauricio. Show more
