On the day of the party, they cancelled our reservation, by email, within 30 minutes of the party start time. The reason for cancellation was weather,... but they did not even call, and waited until 30 minutes prior to the party to let us know. With more notice, I could have at least let my guests, who were already on their way, know. Also, I had to personally reach out to initiate a refund. Show more

We had a wonderful experience at Thomasson Family Farm for my daughter’s 7th birthday. Our guests varied in age from almost 2 years old to 75. There w...as something for EVERYONE to do at all times. We've been visiting for several year now and we always love it! My students' parents always tell me, for many days afterwards, how great the field tr...ip was. Many return on a weekend with their entire family because they enjoyed it so much with the preschool class. I've always communicated directly with Farmer Cathy and she is prompt with her responses and patient with my questions (many more questions this year as returned to in-person learning and going on field trips). Our preschool has been coming to the farm every October for many years. I always receive an email in early summer to reserve a field trip date and tim...e, which makes it very easy for me. A reminder is sent right before our date. Farmer Cathy always greets us when we arrive and our guides are always friendly and organized. As a teacher I appreciate that their are many areas that are “preschooler” friendly. The kids always love the tractor ride, the corn box, the playground, and picking a pumpkin. Show more

We had an incredible field trip to this beautiful farm! Packed with education and fun, our 1 1/2 hour tour was exactly what we were looking for. Lunch... in the barn before our tour was a fun way for our students and their families to interact with one another. Our tour guide was fantastic - engaging and patient with our group and allowed for our teachers to enjoy the farm along with their students. We already can't wait for next year! Show more

I have been going to TFF for about 12 years now. It has always been a favorite for my 5th-6th grade students. They love everything about it and there ...is something for everyone to do. We had our daughters birthday this past weekend and what a blast for the kids and adults to enjoy this fall season. Love the shop, all the activities ...for the kids, and just everything. The service was great although there were times the workers didn’t know the answer to where the birthday was and couldn’t direct our guest but the signs made it very easy to find.
