I recently was able to switch back to Matt as my barber after a couple years of hopping around from barber to barber. Let me tell you- I never should ...have stopped going to him! When he first opened Duke's, I hadn't seen him for a month or so, and I totally forgot about it. Luckily I was downtown and saw the shop, so I booked an appointment that same week! Matt has a great ability to connect with clients on a very personal level and makes the entire process so much more than just a cut. I really appreciate the level of service he provides! Booked my appointment over a week and a half in advance just to have Matt text and cancel only a few hours before. Guess he decided he wanted to scout... some goats or something. Maybe he should have thought about that before he accepted my appointment. This kind of flakey bs is something I’d expect from a child, not a professional. I don’t know how anyone can expect to run a business like that. Most people would agree that you can’t just pick and choose what commitments you want to honor. Matt is child and does not deserve anyone’s business. Show more

Every client of mine knows that guide full time during the hunting season sadly it seems to be you’re the only one with the issue. Also before going and calling people a child maybe see who is the one going on the internet to say something? Hope you have a better day my friend.
