Last month when I brought Baba I had a different washer and he was fantastic! I wish I would have asked for his name because today was not nearly as g...ood. Today, Baba came out still decently wet, enough that when he shook in the car, water droplets were flying everywhere. I almost asked her to towel dry him more, but it was busy, so I didn't. When I smelled him when we got home, instead of smelling fragrant, he just smelled like a damp dog. Last time, the bather did an excellent job of cleaning his beard, but this time, his beard still had sticky parts that weren't very well cleaned. Overall, today was disappointing. At last months groom, he came out much drier, beard super clean, and he smelled fabulous! Exact opposite. I will give this place a 3rd try because today could have been off. But I hope the next bath will be as good as the first one and not the one we got today. Show more
