I have had many, many massages in my life, and this one was among the best. Deborah knows her stuff. No unnecessary chitchat, just cuts to the chase..., in a professional way. Works through discomfort, without hitting unbearable pain — good intuition to push the limits without going over. Therapeutically solid results — not a feel good rundown, but actually stretching and realigning the muscles. Well done. Show more

All I can say is wow! If I could make this review 10 stars I would. I have multiple injuries that are inoperable (double severed rotator cuffs) and ha...ve already had some major surgeries performed on my body, I have experienced many different body work providers. Deborah is one of, if not the best I've ever experienced. Her professionalism is beyond amazing. Her technique is very unique, which is what makes her massages so incredibly effective. Deborah does impactful work on particularly challenging areas of the body, with lasting benefits well after the session is over. The location in SF is... convenient with easy parking, and the room in which she works is cozy, clean, and quiet. Know going into it that it IS deep tissue, so not necessarily a soothing, easy peasy, and relaxing experience. She'll work on long neglected muscles that are not used to seeing any action (and thus can be sensitive). But it's so worth it! Definitely recommended, and I've been going monthly for several months now with great results. Show more

So excited to share about Deborah's services!! advantages: Deborah has a great location, easy parking, friendly, and is a talented masseuse. disadva...ntages: none! recommendations: Deborah does deep body work and has amazing recommendations for taking advantage of her work. My recommendation is to follow all her recommendations for post massage actions! Benefits: I feel more flexible and stronger 2 days after a massage with Deborah. This is not just a massage where I see relaxation as the only benefit. I am taking care of my body with her massages, letting my knots of stress, typing, hill climbing, and phone use slip away! Drawbacks: none! Advice on what to avoid: not taking her recommendations! opinion about the price and/or quality of the service: great price for the quality of service. She has so much knowledge, talent, and experience it is very much worth the price. willingness to become a return customer or recommend the service to a friend: I have seen Deborah 3 times and am planning to make this a bimonthly practice. During this service, I received the first massage from Deborah and she did an amazing job. She was very gentle in letting me know that discomfort is t...o be expected, but pain is not part of the massage experience, so if there's any pain to let her know and she would adjust accordingly. She was very in tune with her flow and found knots I didn't even know were there. She had hand sanitizer throughout and was very conscious to keep things sanitized. Highly recommended. Show more

I met with Deborah for the first time, and she was able to work with parts of my body that have been painfully blocked off and/or constricted, maybe f...or all my life. I'm highly sensitive to touch & pain, and I tend to squirm or react strongly when other massage therapists access sore spots. I had severe pain in moving my arms after doing a lots of lifting and transfers from wheelchair to car and car to wheelchair. No transportation was av...ailable for wheelchair excessibility. We found Deborah on yulp and that was God Sent. She has done wonders and I see her every 6 or so weeks and see her when needed.
