Wonderful experience from start to finish! I received a Groupon for this location as a gift. First, let me say that this is a wonderful small/ local ...business! I 100% recommend if you like a more personable experience. Booking: Booking online was simple and easy. I was even able to make a change on their site with no issues. Appointments weren't available for 3 weeks out, which was okay for me. I later found out that one of the massage techs was out on leave. Location: I was able to find the suite easily by looking for the suite number. Parking was also a breeze. There was plenty and very close to the front door! You will have to ring the bell for access into the suite. I arrived 15 minutes early, which I wouldn't recommend. 5 min ahead is better as the masseuse was the only person working at the time, and I may have interrupted another session by arriving early. She was nice and offered snacks and refreshments while I waited in the lobby area. Massage: best massage I've had in a while! The pressure was perfect, and she really paid attention to my high tension areas. She was the sweetest soul and very nice to talk to during my massage. She made me very comfortable. I did get a full hour despite starting about 5 minutes after my scheduled time. Show more
