Firstly, your appointment was never confirmed with a deposit or no sort of communication directly from me. Secondly, you booked just a couple of hours before which caused me to not even see your booking because I was already busy. I’m not blaming you at all but before driving to a location it would have been conducive to make some sort of contact with the person that’s servicing you. I never spoke with you. I honestly didn't see your SAME DAY booking, I never have issues like this but nevertheless, your opinion is valid. Thank you!
