Hey Samuel, I noticed your service was almost a month ago. I spoke with the tech who serviced you and unfortunately sometimes things get double booked. We try our best to not have this happen but we aren't perfect. She said she still offered to do what she can and you agreed, she also heavily discounted your service for the inconvenience. We are sorry this happened. Letting us know a month later is a bit strange, none the less I hope you understand our point of view and consider giving us anotherg shot.

I previously left a bad review because of bad service and bad nail polish. MINUTES after leaving the review, the owner contacted me and set me up with... a new, free appointment to correct the issue. My nails turned out wonderful the second time, and the technician was so much nicer than the first. Great communication with the owner. Wish the nail techs were more consistent with service, but they're individually operated, so what can you do? Show more

When I told her I didn't pay $90(after tip) for this, she told me she'd fix it in 4 DAYS. 4 DAYS. ALL OF IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. Show more
