Absolutely awful, yes l arrived 6 minutes late but it's Saturday lots of traffic. When I entered I was told I can't serve you I called you which he di...dn't as I looked on my phone he pulls out his phone and goes to the last three numbers and none of them were my number so right there he got caught in a lie. Then proceeded to say I have someone after that I said no problem I go to the back he sent a female to do my pedicure everything was fine I picked number 246 at first and then while she was still scrubbing the nails I decided on 244 before she even got up to pick my nail color she started to put the nail polish on and I said to her that's not the right color and she kept going I once again said that's not the right color. She gets up and walks away doesn't hand me the shoes because my sandals I couldn't put my toes inside or I would destroy them so another worker next to me got up and got me a pair. I stood up and went straight to the manager explain the situation and he didn't even acknowledge me I sat down I waited 5 minutes to see if somebody was going to fix my nails they didn't they acted like they didn't care so I got up and walked out that's when a woman starts screaming come come you have to pay I said I have to pay. Oh l have to pay now when you see me leaving but for the last 5 min when l was sitting waiting for my nails to be fixed no one helped me. I said change the color that I asked for which was 244 not 224 and I will pay she says oh you can pay $35 and leave. I said I'm not paying $35 and leaving I will pay the $50 after you change the color. I have gel on so they didn't want to take an extra 5 minutes to do so. The manager comes up to the counter and tells another employee to change color she begins to remove the gel color and is so rough and talking in her language so disrespectful. I said I don't want you to do my nails so the manager did them it was awful customer service the worst I've ever received in my life if I could give a zero I would they're racist rude and couldn't care less about making their customers happy be aware pick any other nail salon btw still tipped when tipping is based off service Show more
