I don’t normally do this but i had to! Been here twice and it was the worst experience ever!!! I tried him for the second time to see if he would’ve ...redeemed himself but it was even worst than my first visit! Wish I could 0 stars Very poor customer service! Never on time! My appointment was 10:00, when I reach he was still setting up then he ordered food and went around the back to eat. He never attend to me until 10:37 to be exact! That’s really crazy. Work is work! Ensure you eat and set up before your clients come in. Don’t be wasting people time! PLUS the worst part about it,he’s always on a FaceTime call while working.LIKE really?? I don’t want to hear the sex conversations you and your girls be having! How about engaging in a conversation with your customers?? Now I see why nobody be booking your ass Stay away from this dude!!! Show more

For someone to say all of this and yet comes back and books again on top of tipping me each time for the worst experience is saying alot as this gentleman has issues in life not having to deal with my professionalism or the haircut...
