I apologize greatly for the fact that you were not pleased with your haircut. I try to give clients what they asked for the best of my ability. Unfortunately, as I let you know before starting the haircut, whatever haircut you previously got the back ended in a V shape so the bottom was not grown in as well as needed for the haircut that was asked for. I truly wish something was said when the mirror was shown at the end of the haircut so I could do my best effort to fix anything that was wanted or needed. Again, I do truly apologize that you’re not satisfied with your haircut. It’s never my intention to leave a customer unhappy.
