The way they run their business is nasty work. Boho box braids shouldn’t be service they offer. All I wanted to do was cry and take down the 320 dolla...r hair style with 200 dollars worth of hair. (At least a bag was on the floor). The amount of glue that is in this hair is horrid. I didn’t see until I was home in the mirror under decent light. And to top it off the boho pieces have been falling out because they were not braided into the plaits. The braids in the back are little slivers of hair not real braids covered by the one on the top which are the glue covered braids. I can’t even hide it to get two weeks out of the hairstyle. Buyer beware. I updated with the response provided by the owner. She doesn’t care that they did a horrible job or to make the situation right only talk crazy and keep people coming for them to take advantage. I didn’t wash anything and the hair was cleaned prior to service (by myself) and the style hadn’t been slapped in there longer than the hour ride home before things started falling out. Spend your money else where. Show more

This is due to you cutting human hair off track wefts. Human hair sheds very badly. I could have helped you maintain it or even told you how to wash it. If you contacted me directly. This isn't a fair review if your partially responsible. It's ok. Thank you. Be blessed.

Very punctual, had a large variety of colors of hair available. I have a lot of long thick hair and have been turned away by others in the past. Tania...’s salon not only did an incredible job, but they finished my large box braids in a record three hours! Typically I’m in the salon for at least 5-6 hours. Would highly recommend. Cash is preferable, if you don’t carry cash (like me) there is an ATM in the shopping center. Show more

They do a great job with your hair however, I had an unpleasant experience when it came to payment. I previously got the same service in July, medium ...knotless braids $180, with no issue. My experience recently was I got the same service and she quoted me $200 and stated the website is wrong and it’s $180 and up. I only came with the $180 and tip in cash as that’s what I made the appointment for. She agreed to take what I had but I was taken back by the new charge and feeling that I was trying to get over when I wasn’t. I’m a repeat customer because everything the first time was great! Also, on the app they have the prices specifically listed for the size and style you want. Example small knotless braids $200 and the medium knotless braids $180. I got the medium and made that clear prior to service on the app and verbally before starting. Other than that, my hair came out great and this was a same day appointment! Just be prepared to bring more cash just in case they change the price when you arrive. Show more
