My review is not about ability, but about customer service. I booked back to back appointments and to respect the Barber’s time as a professional, I ...went to the ATM to pay him for his services including the tip. I return back after he situated my son and he placed another client in the chair when it was my turn. I feel incredibly offended by this experience primarily because we’re not of the same ethnic background. When asked the other Barber for his services, he declined and stated, “he has another client.” I’m looking at this man sitting down with no client in sight. I only elected to continue with my haircut primarily to allow my frustration with this Barber & the shop as a whole, which is a disservice to myself and my time! Sadly, you go through these disrespectful actions, and the lack of accountability in this generation's form of customer service. I hate sharing negative experiences publicly solely to not be a conduit to engage negativity over one's skills and livelihood. However, as previously mentioned I'm offended by the intentional behavior because the facts will show that I booked 2 appointments & we shared verbal communication about whether my son should go first between the 2 of us. The thing is that one as a professional barber does not respect our time alone, the clients have to be right, because what went out to the atm lasted about 15 minutes and I could not wait sitting down for him to feel like appearing , me with more clients. not like that nooo.but it doesn't say anything about the good cut I gave him. Plus I just thought it was a single date.
