Booked an appt online and even texted; sadly never heard back ; kept receiving emails and text messages that appt was confirmed today; showed up for a...ppt salon closed and dark . Thought maybe running late; gave 15 more minutes prior trying to get in contact again ; no response. Waited an hour; however no communication response and no show. Pretty bummed; revolved my day around this appt; even drove back four hours last night; to make sure was in town for scheduled appointment. Then app sent me an email a couple hours after scheduled appt time to let me know appt completed. Appointment was never completed and never happened. Show more
