I booked a volume set and the timing was as listed. Lash tech is very responsive, punctual, and professional. I didn’t have any irritation or eye redn...ess. I went on a speed boat and my lashes were still intact. I would recommend longevity with this lash tech because she educates you before each service. She is always patient when helping me choose a lash curl, technique, and style. This lash tech is also very receptive to feedback and accommodating to my busy schedule as a nurse. Show more

Asked for a very basic classic set with a 1:1 lash ratio. The appointment took approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes. The lashes used were very hard pl...astic, not resembling real lashes at all. After the set, it was painful to blink, and after I went home and looked closer, the extensions were glued to the skin of my eyelid, and not to individual lashes. Lashes started falling out the very next day, and each lash I lost was attached to a natural lash. At first I thought it was just a few hairs that were caught in the natural shedding cycle, but it has continued every day since then. Even more, while it was supposed to be a 1:1 ratio, most lashes are clusters of 2 or even 3, and I found some clusters of 5-6! It seems she does not have experience in techniques, namely isolation of lashes, and placement of extensions, because I have been getting my lashes done for a few years now, and I have never experienced this much pain and loss of my own lashes. While Mocha was very friendly and accommodating throughout the appointment, the product I paid for was not worth the price, nor the pain. I wanted to love my lashes and find a new regular lash tech in the process, but unfortunately, I would not recommend Mink Vault for lash extensions. I will be going elsewhere for a lash removal to allow what remain of my natural lashes to heal and recover. Show more
