Gave my son the cut he (Anthony) and I envisioned. I told him what I was looking for to fix his haircut and he took that info and we both came up wit...h a vision and it came exactly how I wanted. I don’t think many barbers would take their time out to sit there and consult you after you tell them what you would like. I hate to lower someone’s rating for something I don’t necessarily blame them for but I gotta give a low rating for the outcome. I got to the shop and... was told someone else was going to cut my hair because the barber I scheduled with went home early because he wasn’t feeling well. I researched Anthony, read his reviews, and didn’t like not being made aware that he wasn’t available. A call, a text or email would have been much more professional and would have given me a chance to reschedule/make an informed decision. Felt like me not being a regular got me less than reasonable consideration. When the guy said he’s going to cut you and I said that’s not Anthony he replied, isn’t this your first time here? They were all nice enough but less than professional. I won’t be going back, hope you are well Anthony. My review was my accurate feeling about my interaction at your shop. The individuals there were more than professional, I guess my suggestion of nonprofessionalism goes to you because you didn’t reach out to me and say I was not going to be able to service you as planned. I don’t have an issue, I don’t want a refund, I was just being honest about my experience. I don’t think you should have an appointment with a client and not let them know ahead of time whenever you know- that you’re not gonna be there. Show more
