Good stuff Mannerisms great, he took his time, he didn't rush, he had great attention to detail, atmosphere good, prices good Bad stuff This was my 1s...t visit ever with a 1200pm scheduled appointment and it was over 45 minutes to and hour behind, 1 in the chair when I got there before 12pm and then another cut before mine as well...I don't mind waiting some, but I don't know what caused it nor am I asking but me scheduling an appointment is with the hope and attempt to avoid situations like this as my time and schedule is valuable to me like so many other people. No offer of anything complimentary or even a discount because of my inconvenience and wait. My cost was 35 which is decent, I gave 40 as I didn't have an exact change and still would've tipped something but he didn't even ask if I needed change,I guess he presumed it was a tip🤷🏾‍♂️. This is not too bash or anything of that nature but in the service sector which is very competitive there can always be room for improvement in regards to customer service and a overall customer's experience I'll probably consider visiting again Show more
