The atmosphere is very relaxing I fall asleep every time. She is very interactive in terms of great conversation and great music. She is very gentle w...ith her hands so you barely feel the lashes being put on. The lashes last three weeks and she educates you on everything. Everyone compliments me on my lashes. This is my second time booking! My first experience I loved my lashes, but minor concerns. I decided to book again, I express my concerns and advise...d can we not place the lash extensions to close to skin due minor discomfort. Second time I booked appointment, she changed locations (in her home). She still installed them, and listened to my concerns. With in one hours I noticed the lashes just started to fall off . My appointment was at 5pm, I went out to a family function, got home around 3am and my right eye approximately 60% of my lashes were off. My left eye was still at about 90% decent. Went to sleep woke up with all the lashes on the bed. I reached out, she contacted me back, no I did not request money back, no I did not ask for anything In return, but I did expect as a business owner some type of let’s figure out what went wrong, let me fix it. I did not get that, I sent proof and of course nothing back! So here I am writing a review and just sharing my experience. I would not go back, people don’t understand how customers service can break or make there Buisness. Show more
