Always late and/or canceling last second. I've been going to Kenn since the beginning of the year. She does a great job but I haven't had ONE appointm...ent where she didn't reschedule or show up at least a half hour late. Talented but unreliable

Response from the businessMay 25, 2025

I take full responsibility !! As a single mother though it's hard to commute 45+ mins + traffic every booking and still be on time, when you book right after i get mykid from school. Not to mention the times you book were inconvenient. So thanks for the service.

She is a fantastic woman, her work was great, the atmosphere I loved it. Everyone was helpful and patient but getting my hair done overall was the bes...t with great pricing I may add.
