I had an amazing experience with Marcus! He was so entertaining and has very blessed hands. We are actually both from around the same area in Tennesse...e, which was very full circle for me! I got a shampoo and deep condition, as well as a custom color and cut on a blonde unit. Marcus was really efficient, and I was in and out of the salon in no time. I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to work his magic, and the end result was absolutely stunning. I'm so happy I found Marcus and will definitely be coming back for more services! Thank you! Edit: My review is not a lie. What would I gain from telling my experience?? Marcus never once gave me discounts! I always paid full price + tip for E...VERY service. Another client was left under the dryer as well, and we were both upset. I also have screenshots and texts of me expressing my dislike that I stated BEFORE I left his chair, and again when I left. Instead of apologizing and admitting he was wrong, Marcus decided to totally lie about his behavior. I had been to Marcus 5+ times. I was always on time, hair clean & ready. Yesterday Marcus left me under the dryer for more than 30 minutes and went to lunch, or ran errands! A different girl with crusty blue locs did the front of my hair, which I didn’t end up liking. I politely said so, and instead of saying “ok” and taking 5 minutes to fix it to make your loyal client happy, Marcus didn’t care to fix it, or defend me as his client when crusty blue locs got defensive. Once I got home, I also realized you can clearly see my tracks in the back! Marcus has done a few other disrespectful things that I forgave, like be late but offer no discount. Apparently getting too comfortable and being lazy towards your clients is the kind of treatment he gives. I’ll find a new stylist! Show more

This review is a total lie and never did I once or anyone at my salon disrespect you and I never left you under the dryer for a long time the shop I work in has cameras for this reason !!! and your not a loyal client cause a loyal client wouldn’t lie on a stylist who have given you discount plenty of times I didn’t offer to do your hair over is he cause you got up every time I finished a part of your hair which means you had enough time to tell what you didn’t like or did !! And I never went to lunch I told you that !!! You was under this dryer for 20 mins let’s your quick weave protection could dry and you wouldn’t have hair glue in your head like you told me your previous stylist did ❤️all my clients love me I have a few clients who are use to stylist who let anything goes
