Once and never again !!! The eyelashes were not processed as previously agreed (way too long). Since supposedly no shorter eyelashes were available, t...hey were shortened with normal scissors by merchant. Result: Totally blended and totally uneven. Since I wasn't satisfied with the result, it was agreed between merchant and me that I would be refunded -> She would confirm it to Groupon. Untill now, this has not been done, although it can be proven that several texts were sent. Afterwards, merchant even says that this had never been agreed even she did agree to it! Therefore, think carefully before you think about taking her service. Furthermore, it is not a business address as written in Groupon - it is a private address !!! Edit Pls @ all see the picture - this person is one of the biggest liars.... She is not professional.... badest service ever!!!!!! Edit 2: I paid more as 36$ ..... (look picture 3) You have a problem with being truthfull!!! What you get from Groupon you have to clarify with them but it doesn't give you the right to deliver bad service to a customer and let him look redicoulous like you did to me. you applied way longer lashes than we agreed and than tried to solve it by cutting them which made it even worse. I didn't edit any photos. These were taken straight when I left your house (I can send time stamp of picture!!!) and I can proove this! You never took photos of me because when I saw how bad the lashes looked after you cut them I stood up and requested the refund which you agreed to but now you do not stick to the agreement. Sorry you were not satisfied lashes looked amazing and I indeed reach out to Groupon. Your service was already discounted and you paid the money to them so they had to refund you . When your trying to harass me and threathen me I have nothing else left to say . Your very rude and I’m okay with you not returning . Thank you and have a great day . Very professional and I have the actual photos of what ur lashes looked like when I was finished they definitely diddnt look like that . You clearly did something to them . I’ve never been a liar your the only person out of the hundreds of people I’ve done who complained and was not satisfied. You are rude and harassing me is not going to get you your $36 back . *all I received is $36 so your doing all this over $36 literally . This is what I have to put up with for $36 no no no no .
