I should of just cancelled your appointment like I started to but me trying to still get you taking care of because you where a loyal client regardless of my personal life . I’m in consistent because I’m late 15 min late because of family emergency if you wasn’t being rude I would have accommodated you who books an appointment if 15 min is going to make or break you being late for work I could have went over 15 min cutting your 2 kids hairs you coming on here trying ruin a black person business is ridiculous nobody is perfect and you’ve ran a few minutes behind plenty of times with no fees added this is how I make my money you can’t be rude to someone come in they establishment being rude and expect someone to comp something I asked if you wanted to reschedule because you would be late you still wanted to proceed with the service knowing 15 min would make or break you you talked your self out of free haircuts / discounted by being rude
