Appointment was at 6. Was waiting until 720, never even got acknowledged. Wasted my time. 👎🏽 If that’s the case, I think you should either do wal...k ins, or have different appointment hours. You can’t just confirm an appointment for a certain time, and expect the client to wait almost 2hrs for his appointment that you confirmed at a specific time.
