I got my nails done by Rita/Kelzo. The service was decent. I was serviced 15 minutes after my scheduled time. She played a show on TV for me and seeme...d to care about my comfort. The nails (the most important part) aren’t very neat and not at all what I was hoping for. I just wanted short almond, pastel yellow nails. These are sharp and crooked and the painting is not very clean. The pedicure was fine. Edit: That response was disappointing. “We’re not sure it’s our work.” Well whose else’s would it be? Really trying to place the blame on the customer when you’re the professional and should never release poor work. I don’t get my nails done often enough to recognize poor work right away, but you do nails enough to know that what you did was terrible. Show more
