Bad experience. Non-personable. Did not respond to messages for any clarification. I arrived for cut on stretched hair (and even asked if stretched wa...s okay and was told yes). I showed where I wanted it cut, she misinterpreted it and I showed it again, and then still proceeded to cut above. Did not provide a thorough evaluation of my locs beforehand and therefore CUT OFF the bottom row of my locs. Didn’t notify me about it until I ADKED if she cut it, and was told "well you'll need to start those over again." I even tried to talk to her beforehand and let her know that given my hair is stretched it will shrink up once washed and retwisted, so to be mindful of that when cutting. But did not listen. Would NOT recommend for a cut style. Show more

Ma’am I have proof of me responding to you about your appointment. You wanted something that’s not on my list of services I had to tell you what to even pick for an appointment. I double checked with you on where to cut before I cut, after I made the first cut and you approved where I was cutting before I even continued to cut. Gave you the mirror and even asked you if it was ok before you left you said you loved it. If I didn’t go high enough we could have fixed it then before you paid and left. 1st time clients receive thorough hair inspection prior to service. This is to ensure that I can actually proceed with services.
