This was our first appointment. Our son started getting perms in March of last year but hadn’t had one in about 6–7 months. We wanted someone closer t...o home and a different atmosphere from what we were used to. While browsing Booksy, my wife came across Styles By Michelle. What caught her attention were the reviews—she’s big on reading them—and people repeatedly mentioned how genuine and informative Michelle was. That made us want to see for ourselves. We booked an appointment, and when we met Michelle, she greeted us warmly and immediately began talking with our son. She offered suggestions, explained the process, and made sure we understood each step. When she finished, she even said, “It came out good”—and she was right. She delivered exactly the hairstyle our son wanted. Our son had a grin from ear to ear and was left speechless. This is only my second appointment with Michelle and as soon as I’m doing with this review I’m booking my third. I LOVE my hair and the service!!! Mic...helle is a great stylist. She tells me how to take better care of my hair between visits and I’ve greatly enjoyed sitting in her chair. My hair appointments with Ms Shelly are always a time and filled with great conversations. Her vibe alone is immaculate but paired with the energy of ...the entire shop is such a breath of fresh air. Shelly is very knowledgeable and teaches you about YOUR hair and how to manage it properly throughout the appointment.
