Not only did I get my appointment time taken from a client without an appointment but while waiting in the parking lot they decided to squeeze another... client in and see if I’m ok with going after. Wasted over an hour of time in the parking lot just to reschedule. Word of advise don’t wait outside if you want to be prioritized. (I’m wearing bright colors so I don’t know how they didn’t see me if they were looking outside). Overall, Great haircuts and welcoming atmosphere. Show more
