Sophia Rivers is a criminal. Do not go to her. She over charged me for 2 bundles and only installed 1 bundle in my head. She kept the other bundle. sh...e owned me $56 dollars. I told her to give me $16 back she only gave me $10 back. I didn’t realize everything until after I left the shop. She has refused to refund my money for the second bundle I paid for and then she kept it and she also has refused to give me back my tip and change she owned me. So I will not spend another penny with Sophia Rivers again. Her shop is empty and I see why. Show more

At this point you are no longer welcome to come to my salon I am not a criminal and I don't steal I would never cheat someone out of what they are due My Heavenly Father provide for me greatly your post doesn’t even make sense I'm trying to make sense of this you got a sewin with a doubled track one bundle wouldn’t even fill the entire head you purchased 2 bundles and all the hair was put in your head then the numbers your talking about isn't adding up I have previously tried a numerous times to call you and txt you and neither times have you answered responded to a txt or called back if you did you said you would call me tomorrow you was tired and never did stop this foolishness your apt was march 31 it’s a month later at 1:00 am and your putting this on my page but yet have not returned a call or txt smh and as far as my salon being empty it was a Monday a day I normally don't work and I don’t believe in have multiple ppl in the salon waiting at once I try to give my undivided attention to my clients as well as tring to work on a scheduled time but you take care and God bless you

Completely burnt my hair that was already bleached and dyed. Used 50 volume for less than 2 inches of already platinum hair. 50 VOLUME!! Which precede...d to give me bald patches after multiple passes. She did try to rectify the situation with changing the color and giving me some money back but that still doesn’t take away from the damage that my hair received as well as my experience( thinking my brain was melting). I did not use a 50 on your hair I used a 30 so I could prevent damaging your hair because you came to me with your hair being previously bleached again sorry for the desired look not beeing able to produce which was the blonde if we used 50 your hair would have been damaged and we would have achieved the blonde but you suggested the red and also said you liked it sorry for any inconvenience the red did look nice on you
