The worst. I’ve had many quick weaves installed in my lifetime. This is by far the worst install that I’ve ever had. This is the first time, I’ve eve...r negatively reviewed any stylist, but after failing to resolve the issue with the stylist, I thought I would warn those of you who value their time, money and most importantly the integrity of their hair. Yes, I was late, but that doesn’t justify my poor service or the sloppy installation. Again, there was no consideration for the integrity of my hair, and scalp. There was nothing that could be fixed on this install, it had be removed, It was as if a first year student had performed the work. I have no intentions of rebooking or going back into the very hot salon to waste more time, money and subject my hair to further damage. Let me reiterate, my installation was in-fact very poorly executed and I removed it in less the 12 hours of the service to prevent further damage to my hair. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere if you want a quality professional and protective style. The stylist will gaslight you and come up with every excuse not to own up to her sloppy work. You are very sad that you will try to slander my business and my name unfortunately for you it won’t work because many know I have growing hands. Now let’s tell the truth of the matter this was your second appointment that you was 18 mins late to and I didn’t even charge you a late fee if I was so bad why did you come back the second time you told me that every Solon you go to all the stylist do something wrong to your hair I knew at that moment you was one of those clients that are never satisfied. You expressed that you wanted me to leave out the perimeter of your hair line and I did just that in leaving out over a inch now when you left out of my salon you stated you liked your hair and said thank you at the point you left out of the saloon if you didn’t like your hair why did you leave and say you liked it we’ve been txting back and forth since you rudely text me at 7:30am this morning requesting all your money back. I explained to I don’t do refunds because the service was fulfilled and you left saying you liked your hair now I would have tried to fix what you didn’t like and accommodate you but you taken everything out at that point you took away the possibilityt of me trying to correct the things you don't like if I couldn’t fix it then that’s when I would have refunded a portion of you fee if you are not taking down this install with hair bond remover you will lose hair because it is glue that in your hair
