Kristen was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly, which was great because I had lost a huge chunk of eyelashes off the corner of my eye... the day after going somewhere else. Her studio was really clean and elegant and had tiny chocolates in the waiting room, which was a nice touch. But most importantly, Kristen was very thorough when filling my lashes- I could tell that she was being very particular and made several adjustments before she was satisfied with the results. It's been nearly three weeks and my lashes are still publicly acceptable- I even went to Vegas and got invited to two private parties, probably thanks to how great my lashes still look. Five stars. She answered all of my many many questions about caring for my hair & why the keratin treatment would be best for me. When I tell you my hair has never been so silky smooth I mean it. I loved everything about my experience with Kristen. Great personality, extremely efficient, & professional. I asked for natural-look lash extensions ...that would be most flattering for my almond eyes. I was going for a moderate length and density that would keep the eye shape as close to natural as possible. And she gave me exactly what I wanted....while adding the perfect amount of length and thickness to emphasize my eyes. The quality of her lashes was top tier.
