I was told at the beginning of my appointment that I'd be sore as if I had just done a full body work out. Got home felt fine and laid down for a litt...le but as soon as I had got back up there it was. I felt not sore but like my body had been worked hard! Throughout the day my back and whole body just started to feel like it was opening up like all this tension and been released.
