I cannot thank Sue enough for the wonderful job she did in reviving my hair. I came in anxious and feeling a bit unsure about my hair but she reassure...d me and quickly made me feel comfortable. The energy was amazing, she was honest and made sure I knew what was realistic for my hair. She also took pictures of my hair to make sure I knew how much she was cutting off, which I deeply appreciated!! She personalized my experience, walked me through what she was doing, and showed me the products as well. I love the way my hair came out, and will be coming back for my next curly cut in 6 months!💝💝 Show more

Sue is great, she was nice and tried to explain things regarding my hair and products she recommends for at home. I am giving it a 3/5 because I per...sonally don’t feel I got much out of the service. I came in for a reshape and I ended up just getting really short hair. The cut wasn’t the thing that disappointed me, it was more in the styling portion. I want to preference that there was no coiling of the hair, it is washed and then just brushed in the sink. The only thing applied to my hair was a dime size of conditioner and then the Design Essentials Curl Enhancing Mousse ($10 product). For the price I paid, I would think that either better products would be used or at least more time spent on actually styling the hair especially because I have very low prosperity curly hair. I wasn’t in love with the end result as much as I really wanted to be. Show more

I went to Sue because I wanted a change and I felt like my hair was just feeling unhealthy overall. Sue did not disappoint at all. I’ve been wanting t...o go shorter for a while but have been too nervous but I love it and Sue did such an excellent job with my hair. She was also very sweet and communicated with me very well to make sure got the cut and look I wanted. If you’re looking to go to her I 100% recommend. It’s well worth it.
