When I sat down with her and di...d a consultation with her she very knowledgeable, patient, detailed and she made sure I understood all of my options. I got a color, Protein treatment, deep conditioned and a re-twist with a style. She walked me through each process step by step as she was doing my hair. We are a newer customer of aletas. We atumbled across her and im so glad we did. I ateuggle with my daughters hair. She talks to me the entire time. T...ells me what shes doing. Tells me about each product and what it will do for her. She even had me help wash my daughters hair to show me tips. All this with no judgement. I think that's awesome. No one else ever showed me like this! My daughter enjoys going to aletas salon to get her treatments and silk press. She also taught us what kind of wraps to get and how to wrap it. Shes utterly amazjng in my eyes. We have been back every 2 weeks and will continue! Show more
