My daughter's appointment was scheduled for 11am, when we arrived on time, the stylist was already started on 3 clients and nowhere near finished. I w...aited with my daughter for about 45mins-1hr before she started washing her hair. I left after my daughter was placed under the dryer. My daughter was not done until 3:00 p.m. she also told me The Stylist was trying to pressure her into doing a curl style she didn't want and also pressured her to clip her ends when we did not ask for that and then charged her $20 extra for clipping her ends. I do not appreciate waiting this long to get my daughter's hair done and being in a salon for 4 or 5 hours for just a silk press. And being charged $20 extra for something we did not ask for. My daughter said she feels like she cut a lot of her hair and my daughter has very long hair. My daughter is not satisfied with the service and my daughter is 17 years old. We will not be returning. I don't like when people double book me and you were moving very very slow and you also left out to go to the beauty Supply store which made our wait even longer. Bad business. Show more
