I can’t remember the name of who provided my service, the service was nice as well as the hairstylist however once I arrive home I started running my ...fingers through my hair and felt several flakes on top of my scalp. The more I ran my fingers through my hair, the more painful it became. My scalp is very irritated due to the bleach. Throughout the process, I asked if the burning sensation was normal and was told it was. But i believe the bleach wasn’t completely removed or it caused a mild chemical burn on my scalp. I am disappointed because I’ve had my hair bleached here before but this is the first time this has happened. I’m not sure what went wrong. Show more
