One of the worst haircuts I have ever received. Not only did Madi not listen to what I wanted, but she also made my hair less flattering, adding extre...mely short peices (less than one inch) around my face with harsh lines when I asked for a long pixie. I felt like Kim Jong Un. Halfway through the haircut, she started getting defensive and even said, "I swear I know what I am doing" while continuing to cut my hair shorter to cover her mistakes. I came home and cried all night. If I could have left without paying, I would have. Show more
