Tremon is a very skilled barber and I really like the haircut he gave me. However, my appointment started 45mins late due to a spill over from his pre...vious appointment which was a challenge as I had another appointment scheduled shortly after. Also, the payment was a bit of a challenge as he didn’t collect payments through the app or accept cards and only insisted on payments through cash app or Apple Pay both of which I don’t have. We eventually settled on Zelle which I had to send to another barber. I personally didn’t enjoy the back and forth about this and Tremon also gave off a bit of an attitude. This was more first time as a customer so I was in the dark about how to navigate all of this. I would recommend more clarity about the payment process prior to the start of the service and in the case of the late start, suggest better communication to the customer so they can plan accordingly. Overall, his skill as a barber is amazing and I would work with him again Show more

I can’t help if a client who booked before shows up late to there appointment I charger late fees for being late so it’s not like tried to be late … my payment process is very perfect I don’t accept payments through the app Guess it’s problem cause I don’t have Zelle I don’t even want u as a customer no more cause this review be ur own kind mess up a person 5 star status
