First off I apologize that the cut wasn’t up to your standard. I was only attempting to keep the taper as low as possible because you specifically requested and mentioned that multiple times. I charged you $75 because you booked the Necessity cut which is $75. It wasn’t a “rush job”, it just doesn’t take long to cut hair lol. And you reminded me about the razor which was due to me not being sure of which service you booked for. I have a service that doesn’t include the razor and that’s what most my new customers have been booking. When you asked how much you owed, I had to look at my app to see what service you booked, because Booksy takes a percentage of my profit each time I get a new customer. Again, I apologize. It was my first time cutting you, come back and it’s free. My work speaks for itself. There’s not a lack of skill, just didn’t execute my best this time.
