**⚠️🚫PROCEED with the UTMOST of CAUTION⚠️🚫** REAL heavy handed. No care for my scalp & natural hair @ all. I'm not even that tender-headed but I kno...w when someone is yanking a comb, from my roots to my ends, through my THICK kinky hair like I have bone straight hair. @ the end she "trimmed" fly aways which has NEVER been done when I used to get this hairstyle & now my hair sheds all the time because those "fly aways" were actual strands of hair. Hair just be everywhere. The next day I had to take a few twists out that were on my edges because they were too tight. I would have lost my edges some more if I would have left them in. As soon as I started unravelling the hair it started falling out which it should not have, but again, the strands were cut, not fly aways. In the back some hair was ripped from the nape because it was too tight, as well. I also have never gotten spring twists as big as what they are (see attached picture, pink shirt, of before). There isn't much versatility with them being this big & I was NOT looking for them to be micro or small. Just a little smaller than what I got for versatility. She also assumed I wanted baby hairs & the bristles on the edge brush she used were SUPER FINE & ROUGH! I was about to cry. She also only accepts zelle which I did not know PRIOR to my appointment. Having a Cashapp card would eliminate fees...The colors I chose for my hair were placed pretty decently although I did tell her I wanted blue in the back, as well as the front, & she did not do that. Communication was terrible. I expressed my concerns physically & verbally & she was made well aware of my expectations for my hairstyle. This lady manhandled my hair, scalp & me throughout the whole appointment. I should NOT have walked out of her salon area with my head hurting from all the yanking & pulling she had done. SMH. No respect & CARE for a finer grade of hair. My hair is cute just not functional & she sheds BAD. I will not be a returning customer, ever. Show more
