The reason it took so long is I have a barber fresh out of barber college an those barber typically take longer as they are new. How ever as far as the haircuts not coming out how you liked I would have went back an fixed what ever issue you may have seen with it. Please make note that if you had an issue with the haircuts I would have went back over them but truth be told your kids received decent haircuts my barber took almost 6 inches off your sons so it’s no way it looks like it still needs to be cut. It’s one thing to say we took long but I have never let a bad haircut walk out of my shop. Please excuse the timing because I am in the middle of training new barbers fresh out of school. Sorry for inconvenience had we would have spoke I would have givin you a discount if you felt we took too long but it’s the nature of the game I cannot leave a new barber to cut a head without giving guidance to them while cutting to ensure a happy client. I HAVE NEVER LET A BAD HAIRCUT LEAVE MY SHOP BOTH YOUR BOYS RECIEVED WHAT THEY ASKED FOR YOUR LITTLE ONE ASKED FOR AN EVEN ALL OVER 1 1/2 and a taper and the older one asked for a two on top with a taper an a razor edge which we did not charge him for. Also your oldest boy came in hair matter so the barber had to take it down in sections as the hair is not gonna cut straight through with matted hair she took her time with his head. Because that’s what was required due to length and the fact that it wasn’t combed out when he came.
