While I feel my hair looks nice and she was gentle- minimal pulling and didn’t leave with a headache, I was very disappointed with a few of the logist...ics: There was a lack in clarity for pricing and payment. The pricing was different than what I was told over the phone. Helpful tips for clients: Hair is not included and you have to pay extra for it- I was unaware of this in advance of my appointment. Wash and blow dry is not included either but I was informed in advance on that part. I was also made to pay in cash. Booksy says credit cards are accepted for this business and despite my phone call and texts with the business prior to appointment, I was not informed that I would need to pay in cash. I had to run to an ATM in the shopping center after my appointment which I have now accrued fees for because it wasn’t my bank. I thought it was rather odd that I had to pay in cash just because it was a Sunday and her “system doesn’t work on Sundays.” Again hair came out nice and Gina was apologetic about the lack of communication, but the lack of clarity led to an experience that was below comfort and expectations.
