It’s unfortunate that you were unable to keep your appointment. I abide by my schedule to make sure all my clients receive the exceptional service and time slots they pay for. You were over 30 minutes late to your appointment which would have pushed back all my other clients. I tried to accommodate you, however it didn’t work out in your favor.
