Needed my adoptive pup groomed since she has not had a really good groom in a while. We evacuated from Florida due to hurricane Milton and only plan ...on being in the area for a few days before heading home. Upon my arrival to the area, I search and called different pup spas. Chateau 4 Paws was recommended by another groomer in the area. Called their number and the owner called me back right away, but I had already booked an appointment with them online. All of the staff were really nice and polite (including the owner). I'm just not totally happy with my pup's groom. After getting back to my family's house I was able to give my pup a good once over. I saw several places that were shaved much lower than others, some areas had long hair that needed cutting but unfortunately was overlooked or missed. I tried trimming my pup myself to make the missed areas look a little better. Also, my pup squinted her eyes all evening after the groom. I finally went to the store and purchased some saline solution (gentle cleanser) for her eyes and by this morning her eyes seem back to normal. I think a better job could have been done my pup's groom, but luckily her hair grows out fast. Again, the staff were very nice and accommodating, but the actual pup groom was unsatisfactory. The customer service was 100 and the shop is very clean.. she did a wonderful job with my kingsley I had been to three groomers before her and she w...as the only one that did the cut. I wanted her to do my Kingsley looked so cute and he smelled great.. I will be going back and telling every one how great of a job she did on Kingsley and her prices are wonderful as well.
