I dropped off my dog for a full grooming at our appointment time (2:30pm). I called around 5pm since the website said that they closed at 5pm; That's ...when I was told that they were behind. We finally decided to drive up at 7pm to pick her up - either way. So, I can't be sure but, I'm 95% sure that they didn't actually wash my dog. The full groom also included dremmel for her nails, but, their dremmel was dead so, they did a poor job clipping her nails the old school way. I wish I had opted to pay $30 more at a place in PTC instead. Oh well. Ya live, ya learn. Show more

Brought my Boxer in for bath, and they did a great job. Coat clean,brushed and shiny, nails trimmed, ears cleaned. When I picked her up she was wearin...g a cute pink polka dot bandana and earrings! So Cute! Staff was very friendly. I will definitely use Chateau 4 Paws again! Show more
