Had an appointment with Barak Neves in mid July 2025 to get assistance with active release of a lower back soft tissue issue that was pulling on my sp...ine and causing low back discomfort. There comes a time when you need expert assistance beyond at-home foam rolling and use of a trigger point ball. After a short conversation, Barak knew exactly where to focus. I could feel the release happening during the session. Very knowledgeable fellow, and I'm thankful for his expertise. It's the bodywork specialists that really have the best and most useful knowledge for alleviating soft tissue issues. I've booked several sessions. I've used MyoFly before and I keep coming back.
